Term & Condition

CANCELLATIONS
If circumstances make you cancel the Tour the cancellation must be Intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following Cancellation Charges :

 

Cancellation Charges Per Person

21 days of more prior to the departure of the Travel

25 % of the Cost

20-15 days prior to the departure of the Travel

50 % of the Cost

14-08 days prior to the departure of the Travel

70 % of the Cost

7 days or less prior to departure of the Travel of a “No Show ’ on the booking

100% of the Cost

 

PAYMENTS
All payments made within 20 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash. The PAN Card copy will be required when payments amounting Rs. 25,000/- or above are made by cash.

 

REFUNDS
Refunds (If any for amendments and / or cancellations will be paid directly to you for bookings made directly with the company s office. For bookings routed through or preferred sales Agent (PSA) or your Travel Agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would take at least 30 days to process refunds. For cases where an airline ticket is issued it would take at least 60 days to process the refund, if any. There is no refund payable for any untilled services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees Optional Tours, Hotels, Sightseeing etc.) 

 

DEVIATIONS
If our wish to travel in advance i.e. before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure of like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, you are required to pay deviation charges of U.K. 5,000/- per person per sector per change (subject to availability of seats in same class & ticket validity). The request for deviations should be given in writing to the company at the time of booking as these requests are subject to availability and we are not holding seals for the same.
The deviation request will be subject to availability and payment for the same does not guarantee the date requested In case the date requested by you are not available, the company will allot alternate dates accordingly, subject to seat availability.

 

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY
We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the Ingredients In your holiday; but because we only select and Inspect them and have no control in running of them, we can not be responsible for any injury death, loss or damage, which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers airlines, shipping company coach owner/coach operator who are the company’s independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and in section process

 

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary information with airline, hotels and other service provider who will provide the services to you during your tour. How ever we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you. If such disclosure is required by the law or by an order of a court or the rules, regulation or enquiry, by any government /
statutory agency having regulatory authority over the company.

 

OTHER TERMS
1) There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit of INR 1,000/- The full payment must be received in payment Terms as mentioned in the booking form over leaf. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein before.

 

2) The company has the right at any time and for any reason:
2 a) To terminate this contract after acceptance of deposit but prior to the Commencement of Tour with-out assigning any reason what so ever. In the even. the company terminates this contract, the company shall refund the amount paid by the client with out payment of any interest.
2 b) To amend, alter, vary of with draw any tour, holiday, excursion airline, flight routing or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it deemed advisable of necessary. In either case, the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the clients orfor any compensation claims made.

 

3) No person other than the company in writing, has the authority to vary, add amplify or waive any stipulation, representation term or condition in the brochure.

 

4) In the event of the company exercising its rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary, after such tour or holiday has been booked, the client shall have the right.
4 a)To continue with the tour holiday as amended altered oi.
4 b) to accept any alternative tour or holiday which the company may offer. In either of these above cases, tie client shall not be entitled to, or the company shall not be liable to the client for any damage, additional expense, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.

 

5) The company shall in no circumstances what so ever be liable to the client for :
5 a) Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.
5 b) Any act, omission, default of independent Contractor or other person or be any servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the client or for any person traveling with him how so ever caused.
5 c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects how so ever caused. In this condition the expression “How so ever caused Includes negligence on the part of any person.

 

6) No liability on the part of the company arising in anyway our of this contract inrespect to any tour holiday. excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid by the client for the tour and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense what so ever.

 

7 a) If the client has any complaint in respect of the service prided by any of the Independent Contractors, the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent Contractor and a copy there o should be handed over to the Tour Manger of the company in order to enable the company to take up the matter with the independent Contractor so that in future other clients do not face the same difficulty.
7 b) Any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to the company in writing withing / days of the end of this holiday tour. No claim notified to this company beyond this period will be entertained and the company shall incur no liability what so ever in respect there of.

 

8) It is here by declared that the immunities provided under this contract shall be available to the company’s managers, including, Tour Mangers, Employees, servants and agents but not to the independents Contractor selected by the company.

 

9) Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other. If any provision be declared invalid, illegal or u nan. for ceable, then the remaining provisions shall never the less have full force effect.

 

10) It is Mandatory that your purchase the Overseas Travel Insurance Policy from the Insurance Company identified and named by us.

 

11) The prices quoted in our proposal have been calculated ate the rate prevailing at the time of printing this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the price published in this brochure in case of currency fluctuations. changes in the various cross rates of exchange and / or fuel costs, before the date of departure and charge accordingly. All such increases in price must be pad for in full before departure by the client.

 

12) The tour is subject to RBI/GOI rules & regulations.
